Old Mill Kitchen and Commissary

We are a locally owned and operated commercial kitchen and commissary offering kitchen space to bakers, caterers, mobile food units, food truck and trailers, confectioners and artisan makers! You can choose to have exclusive use of the kitchen during your schedule time or share with space with one other user. We began nine years ago with a simple hot dog cart. In just a few years, we grew into a large event concession business which now operates in four states. We opened Old Mill Cafe and Catering in 2013 but quickly realized we could better serve our community by offering our space to other food entrepreneurs as a commercial kitchen. We closed our dining room in October 2015, added new equipment and doubled our kitchen and prep area. We currently work with specialty bakers, caterers, food trucks, mobile food units and artisan food entrepreneurs. Chef Vaughn and I understand the challenges and rewards of opening a new food business. We are here to help and are committed to your success.
