Brooklyn FoodWorks

Brooklyn FoodWorks seeks to be the premier platform to prototype, launch, and grow innovative food businesses. We aim to be a catalyst for economic development through holistic support of nascent food entrepreneurs. Brooklyn FoodWorks is set to offer commercial kitchen space and business mentoring at the former Pfizer building on Flushing Avenue. Members can access co-working and classroom areas in addition to the kitchen, which will be open around the clock. The incubator is also expected to offer industry workshops on such topics as accounting, branding, and social media. The facility offers ten unique kitchen stations, each with its own production-level prep and cooking equipment. Members are accepted on an application basis. Qualifying entrepreneurs can apply to the scholarship program to receive discounts across a variety of incubator services including kitchen rental, storage and programming.
