This workshop in the World Food Center’s Aligning the Food System series will address barriers to developing solutions for food loss and waste from several perspectives in this growing industry. Hosted alongside the Department of Food and Science and the Food Loss and Waste Collaborative, the workshop will bring together partners from industry, academia, and beyond to discuss policies surrounding food waste and develop a best practices assessment for public distribution.
